By downloading, installing, or using CreditEazy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CreditEazy is a mobile application that helps small businesses track customer credit and debit ledgers, record sales and payments, and manage accounts. The App stores data locally on your device.
3. User Accounts
The App offers optional Google Sign-In for backup and premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Free and Premium Features
- The App offers a free tier with core functionality and a limited number of customer records.
- Premium features can be unlocked through a one-time purchase via eSewa or Khalti payment gateways.
- Premium purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Premium licenses are bound to your Google account and can be restored on new devices.
5. Data and Backups
- You are solely responsible for your data. We recommend using the Google Drive backup feature regularly.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause.
- Backup and restore features require an active Google account and internet connection.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Attempt to circumvent premium license validation.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Redistribute or resell the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is a record-keeping tool and should not be considered a substitute for professional accounting software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or financial losses based on records kept in the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
